Recommended for the first visit to give the client and practitioner enough time to perform a movement analysis and client intake, and 60 minute massage. Price reflects duration needed to assess if multiple structures are involved.

The perfect duration to address your concerns over your lunch break. Just shy of an hour its long enough to relieve your pain, make you feel relaxed and short enough to get to your next destination or back to work.
The most popular duration. In this hour you are able to shut off your mind, relieve your pain, focus on many areas and still not feel rushed.
Recommended to assess and address new injuries/ concerns. This duration gives you room to work on correctives / remedial exercises in the gym and receive the full hour of massage. Or you may use the entire time to escape into some much needed relaxation.
Warning: A 90 minute relaxation massage will make you forget where you are.(lol) This duration can also be used to assess and treat any new concerns or injuries and work on remedial exercise/ movement rehab in the gym.
This is a gentle, yet firm form of massage that uses a combination of Swedish massage techniques at a consistent and steady pace to provide the ultimate sense of relaxation. Ideal for the relief of stress, and minor aches and pains from every day living.
This massage focuses on deeper pressure at a slow pace to target the deepest layers of muscles, tendons, and fascia(the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). This massage is specifically tailored and offered to pregnant women from their second trimester on. The woman's body is properly positioned on her side and supported using pillows and padding to ensure ultimate comfort and safety for the mother and baby. Deep tissue work is avoided around certain areas of the body(i.e. abdomen and pelvic area). The massage therapist is knowledgeable about every aspect of pregnancy and will provide a safe, and effective treatment relieving aches , pains, swelling , numbness and any discomfort caused by pregnancy.
